Lithium-ion batteries have superior performance and are widely used in the field of portable electronic products. Portable mobile power refers to a power supply that can be carried by a user at a predetermined time of no more than 18 KG. In order to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents during the use and transportation of lithium battery products, the Chinese National Standardization Administration issued the first national mandatory standard for lithium batteries on December 5, 2014: GB31241-2014. "Safety Requirements for Lithium-Ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Portable Electronic Products". The standard was formally implemented on August 1, 2015.
