Spotlights

Introduction
Spotlights are fixtures that specify the illuminance of the illuminated surface above the surrounding environment. Also known as spotlights. Usually it can be aimed in any direction and has a structure that is not affected by climatic conditions. It is mainly used for large-area work sites and mines, building outlines, stadiums, overpasses, monuments, parks, and flower beds. Therefore, almost all large-area lighting fixtures used outdoors can be regarded as spotlights. The angle of the exit beam of the spotlight is narrow and wide, ranging from 0° to 180°, where the beam is particularly narrow and is called a searchlight.

composition
The projector consists of three parts: optical components, mechanical components and electrical components. The optical components are mainly reflectors and light-blocking shutters. The mechanical components are mainly the housing, the focusing mechanism for fixing and adjusting the position of the light source, the bracket for fixing the lamp, the base, and the part with the angular direction of adjusting the beam projection direction of the lamp. For most of the closed floodlights, mechanical parts also have protective glass and various sealing rings. According to the needs of the use of the environment, some also have a metal mesh cover. The well-equipped floodlights are also equipped with air filters. The main electrical components are ballasts, capacitors, and triggers (based on the needs of the light source).

classification
Rotary symmetry

The luminaire uses a rotationally symmetrical reflector and the symmetry axis of the light source with a rotationally symmetrical light distribution is mounted along the reflector axis. The iso-light curves of these lamps are concentric circles. When this type of spot light is illuminated by a single lamp, an elliptical spot is obtained on the illuminated surface, and the illuminance is not uniform. However, in the case of multi-lamp lighting, the spots are superimposed on each other and a satisfactory lighting effect can be produced. For example, hundreds of rotating symmetry light projectors are commonly used in stadiums and installed on high towers around the stadium to obtain high illumination and high uniformity lighting effects.
Two symmetries
The equal light intensity curve of this type of projector has two symmetrical planes. Most luminaires use symmetric cylindrical reflectors, and linear light sources are installed along the cylindrical axis.
A symmetry
The equal intensity curve of the luminaire has only one symmetry plane (Figure 2). The luminaire uses an asymmetrical cylindrical reflector or symmetrical cylindrical reflector plus a light-limiting lattice. The most typical is the sharp cut-back refraction shape light. This kind of light intensity distribution single lamp can obtain more satisfactory illumination distribution.
Asymmetrical
The isoluminance curve of this type of lamp does not have a symmetric plane. It is mainly the use of mixed light fixtures with different light sources with different light intensity distribution and special lamps designed according to the specific lighting requirements of the use place.

Range of application
LED floodlights are mainly used in single buildings, lighting of external walls of historical buildings, light-transmitting lighting in interiors of buildings, indoor partial lighting, green landscape lighting, billboard lighting, medical facilities and other special facilities, bars, discos and other entertainment venues. Atmosphere lighting.

Precautions
High-purity aluminum reflector, the most accurate beam, the best reflection effect, symmetric narrow angle, wide angle and asymmetrical light distribution system, behind the open replacement bulb, easy maintenance lamps are equipped with a scale board to adjust the irradiation angle.

LED light
First, what is LED flood light?
LED flood light ([span]LED project-light lamp[span]), also called spotlight, spotlight, spotlight, etc., is mainly used for architectural decorative lighting, and commercial space lighting, decorative composition Heavy, its appearance is round and square, because generally have to consider the cause of heat, so its shape and the traditional cast light there are still some differences.

Second, LED flood light features:
The commonly used LED floodlights on the market are basically 1W high-power LED (each LED element will have a high-efficiency lens made of PMMA, its main function is to secondary distribution of the LED light, that is, twice Optics) There are also a few companies that have adopted 3W or higher power LEDs because of their good thermal processing. Suitable for large-scale lighting lighting, buildings and other lighting. What other things need to pay attention to the spotlight?

1, high-purity aluminum reflector, beam the most accurate, best reflection.
2. Symmetric narrow-angle, wide-angle and asymmetric light distribution systems.
3, behind the open bulb replacement, easy maintenance.
4, the lamps are attached with a scale board to adjust the irradiation angle. Its main application places are probably: Mono-construction, lighting of exterior walls of historic buildings, light-exposed lighting in interiors of buildings, indoor partial lighting, green landscape lighting, billboard lighting, medical facilities and other special facility lighting, bars, dance halls, etc. Entertainment atmosphere lighting and so on.

Third, what is LED flood light
LED flood light is a point light source that can be uniformly illuminated in all directions. Its illumination range can be arbitrarily adjusted and appears as a positive octahedron in the scene. Floodlights are the most widely used light source in renderings, and standard floodlights illuminate the entire scene. Multiple floodlights can be used in the scene to produce better results. Floodlight is the most widely used light source in the renderings. The scene can be coordinated with multiple floodlights to produce better results.
It should be noted that floodlights cannot be built too much, otherwise renderings will appear dull and dull. Therefore, in the usual production of effect maps, pay more attention to the effect of lighting parameters and layout on the overall effect of the effect of the scene, to accumulate experience and master lighting techniques.

Fourth, the characteristics of floodlights:
Floodlights illuminate objects evenly from a particular point in all directions. Using them to compare bulbs and candles is best. Floodlights can be placed anywhere in the scene. For example, it can be placed outside the camera or inside the object. It is very common to use many different colors of floodlights at a distance in the scene. These floodlights can cast shadows and mix on models. Due to the relatively large range of floodlights, the effect of floodlights is very easy to predict, and there are many auxiliary uses for such lights. For example, placing a floodlight near the surface of an object will result in the surface of the object. Produces bright light.
