Vibration test

Project Introduction

The vibration test is the impact of various vibration environments encountered in the simulation, transportation, installation, and use environment of the simulation product. This test simulates the products encountered in the environment of transportation, installation, and use. The influence of vibration environment is used to determine whether the product can withstand various environmental vibrations.

The most commonly used vibration method can be divided into two kinds of sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. Sinusoidal vibration is a test method frequently used in laboratories to simulate the vibrations generated by rotations, pulsations, oscillations (appearing on ships, aircraft, vehicles, spacecrafts) as well as product structure resonance frequency analysis and resonance point dwell verification. Mainly, it is divided into two kinds of frequency sweep vibration and fixed frequency vibration, and its severity depends on the frequency range, amplitude value, test duration. Random vibration is to evaluate the seismic strength of the integral structure of the product and the shipping environment in the package state, and its severity depends on the frequency range, GRMS, test duration and axial direction.
